The following link leads to my final theis report that was submitted for grading on Apr. 9 2008. This document is the overall culmination of a year long investigation into reserch topics dealing with St. Elizabeth's New Hospital. Specifically, Green Roof Sustainability and Workforce Development in the Roofing Industry were the two main areas of focus.
